Returns & Refunds


The return must be received within 14 days of the original date of dispatch.

Items must be returned unopened/unused and in their original packaging. For Gift Boxes please use the outer white corrugated board box in which it was delivered.

To process your return please email within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your full name, contact details and reason for return.

Returns can only be accepted with a receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable and at your own expense.

We will endeavor to ship your order promptly and without delay but refunds will not be given for deliveries outside of our stated time frames.

In the event of your order being faulty or damaged, please email so we can work out the best way to resolve the issue. It is likely that we will ask you to send photos so we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.

Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original card or Paypal account used.
